Recruitment
The Brothers of Zeta Kappa did a great job with Recruitment last Spring! With events ranging from classics like Game Night and Bowling to newbies such as Hot Cocoa Night and Poker Night, the chapter was able to close, bid, and educate a total of 1 Pledge, with a retention rate of 100%, as well as many new connections for future recruitment. The chapter is now sitting at a total of 29 Active Members. With that, here's a warm welcome and shout out to the Spring Class of 2025! Welcome Brother Randy Blatnik!

Philanthropic Events/Community Service
When it comes to Community Service and Philanthropic events, the Brothers of Theta Chi are always willing to lend The Assisting Hand! Last Spring, the Brothers of Zeta Kappa Chapter hosted their annual Philanthropy event Café Theta Chi, raising over $600.00 for the USO! In addition to this, they also strive to stay active in their local communities, always helping out in ways like Highway Cleanups, assisting at ONU's annual drag show "A Rubi Affair" which raises funds for HIV/AIDS research, and much more. Great job, gentleman!Looking forward, keep an eye out for updates on Theta Chi's annual "Rock the Tundra" charity concert, which will be held on Saturday, October 25th, on the Tundra! Come out and enjoy some live music, food, merch, and donate to the USO and Little Kids Rock!
Living Brotherhood
This past Spring semester saw a shift in focus within the Chapter, aiming more towards Brotherhood and morale events. With this, the Brothers of Zeta Kappa Chapter were able to participate in bunches of fun and exciting events together! Some of these events were small and impromptu, like catching a movie or grabbing dinner together as a group, but a few of them were larger and more well thought out, including the annual Formals trip at Adventure Trails Ohio and a group trip to the Wright-Patterson National Museum of the United States Air Force. I'm not sure about you, but I know I'm jealous!

Scholarship Highlights
Zeta Kappa Chapter absolutely crushed it academically last Spring! With a term average GPA of 3.22 and a cumulative of 3.31, the Brothers are knocking it out of the park, especially when compared to the ONU All Men's Average GPA of 3.25, and the ONU All Greek Average GPA of 3.25. I'd say they're definitely pulling those average UP! Special thanks to the many 4.0's within the Chapter this semester!Alumni Engagement
Last Spring semester, the Brothers of Zeta Kappa hosted two annual Alumni events, including the Spring Board of Director's meeting, which was coupled with the Café Theta Chi Philanthropy event, and the year-end Alumni Ceremony, which is open to all alumni and the public. Both of these events had great turnouts, and even brought in some alumni that haven't been around in several years! It's always great to see old friends, new faces, and great participation in the ceremonies that we've all experienced before!Looking ahead to next year, we hope to see many more alumni, as well as old friends and brothers at ONU's Homecoming Weekend, on October 3-4, 2025, as well as at Theta Chi's 60th Anniversary Celebration, which will be held on April 10-12, 2026.
Finally, shout out to our newest Alumni Brothers; Austin Ciliberto, Henry Debord, Evan Fisher, Michael Janiak, Josh Lamparyk, Elijah Merrin, Henry Morris, Pierce Stephens, and Thomas Williamson! Never forget -- Theta Chi for Life!
